Singapore Arrival Card is not an entry visa

What to check
The SG Arrival Card is a separate arrival declaration, not a substitute for a required Singapore entry visa. Check both obligations against your document and journey.
Prepare and compare
ICA’s instructions place submission within three days including the arrival day, subject to its stated exemptions. Use the official ICA service and read the exemption section for your route and status. Do not assume every transit situation is identical.
Before you travel
Check the submitted details against your travel document and itinerary. Keep the official acknowledgement available. If your plans change, follow the authority’s instructions rather than treating an old declaration as valid for every arrival.
