Start from the government, immigration or consular authority and follow its own application link. A padlock only describes a secure connection; it does not prove government ownership.

Prepare and compare

Check the exact hostname before entering identity data or payment details. A third-party agent may charge a service fee; compare that role and price with the official service instead of assuming a higher fee means faster approval.
